The full-time Hair Stylist and Colour Technician position combines personalised consultations with balayage, creative colour, corrective treatments, cutting and styling. Key Responsibilities
- Discuss individual hair needs with clients and tailor cutting, styling and colour services to their expectations.
- Perform balayage, creative colouring, colour correction and corrective treatments with consistent technical quality.
- Provide attentive, professional client care and collaborate with the wider salon team.
- Take part in continuing technical training and stay informed about emerging hair trends and techniques.
- Contribute to salon events, creative projects and other salon activities.
- Maintain a clean, organised working area that reflects professional salon standards.
Requirements & Eligibility
- Have a minimum 3 years of professional hairdressing experience, including work in a premium or high-end salon.
- Demonstrate technical skill in balayage and creative colour, together with experience correcting colour.
- Bring strong cutting and styling capability and confidence in client consultations.
- Communicate well, relate effectively to others and maintain a professional approach to client service.
- Combine creativity with close attention to detail.
- Contribute effectively within a professional team and be willing to continue developing technical expertise.
- Supply evidence of your professional skills and experience.
