An experienced Senior Chef or Kitchen Lead is sought to take responsibility for daily kitchen operations. Work is during the daytime with no evening shifts; weekend availability is essential.
Leading the kitchen means supporting staff through service while keeping food quality, presentation and consistency high. Costs, portioning, preparation and stock control also sit within the role. Key Responsibilities
- Run daily kitchen operations and lead and support the team throughout service.
- Manage food costs and recipe costing while maintaining menu margins.
- Monitor wastage and portion control alongside stock ordering, rotation and preparation.
- Uphold food safety and cleanliness across the kitchen.
