Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily hotel operations and contribute to the property’s ongoing performance.
- Assist guests personally and maintain safe, welcoming and well-organised surroundings.
- Coordinate staff, contractors and service providers, keeping suppliers and external organisations informed.
- Investigate operational problems promptly, troubleshoot faults and arrange repairs as necessary.
- Attend to minor maintenance and property issues.
- Ensure work is completed efficiently and meets a high standard.
Requirements & Eligibility
- Communicate strongly in English and bring strong leadership and coordination skills.
- Have previous management experience or proven capability to manage.
- Hospitality or lodging experience is advantageous.
- Take a practical, hands-on approach, with excellent problem-solving skills and confidence making decisions and working independently.
- Basic maintenance and troubleshooting skills are highly regarded.
- Adapt to changing circumstances and have an interest in building a long-term career.
