Key Responsibilities
- Support the crew with piling, foundation, concreting and steel fixing activities on construction sites.
- Learn site methods through supervised practical work and assist with the safe use of construction machinery.
- Follow instructions from supervisors and experienced crew members, observing safety procedures and quality requirements.
- Prepare and maintain daily tools and equipment and keep working areas orderly, clean and safe.
- Attend reliably and maintain consistent performance on site.
- Develop practical skills and accept further duties as your capability grows, working towards senior crew or team leader responsibilities.
Requirements & Eligibility
- Physical capacity for manual construction tasks and a dependable commitment to regular attendance.
- Willingness to learn construction skills from experienced colleagues and participate in workplace training.
- Ability to follow work instructions and contribute effectively within a team, with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Earlier construction or labouring experience is beneficial but not essential.
- Experience involving concreting, steel fixing, piling, or machinery is advantageous.
- Ability to substantiate previous employment or relevant experience with genuine evidence where applicable.
