A newly opened Melbourne restaurant is adding to its leadership team after a successful opening. This full-time Restaurant Manager opportunity sits alongside recruitment for an Assistant Restaurant Manager, with both positions helping establish the venue's service culture.
The heritage dining setting includes a dining room, bar and private room. Produce-led charcoal cooking provides the food offering, while welcoming hospitality and attention to provenance guide the guest experience. Management will lead the front-of-house team and maintain the quality of food and drink service across these spaces. Sponsorship is available for management positions.

Key Responsibilities
- Establish the new restaurant's working culture and service standards with fellow managers.

Requirements & Eligibility
