Key Responsibilities
- Consult with clients about their hair requirements and deliver consistent, professional cutting, colouring, styling and other salon services.
- Recommend suitable hair care, styling and maintenance products and solutions.
- Build lasting client relationships and encourage repeat visits through quality service and professional communication.
- Provide hair extension services where qualified or experienced.
- Keep your workstation hygienic and organised, observing salon procedures and health and safety requirements.
- Maintain professional personal presentation and a welcoming client experience.
- Collaborate with stylists and salon staff to support a positive, productive atmosphere.
- Keep informed about current trends, techniques and industry developments.
- Participate in training and continued skills development.
Requirements & Eligibility
- Hold a relevant hairdressing qualification or recognised industry training.
- Demonstrate experience as a Senior Hair Stylist or experienced professional hairdresser, supported by a clear salon work history.
- Be able to verify professional identity, qualifications and relevant employment experience, and participate willingly in the required verification process.
- Have strong technical knowledge of modern hairdressing techniques and confident consultation and interpersonal skills.
- Pay close attention to detail, with a strong commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.
- Bring enthusiasm for hairdressing and ongoing skills development, alongside a professional, reliable and motivated approach.
- Work effectively independently and as part of a team.
- Understand salon hygiene, safety and professional standards.
- Hair extension experience is highly regarded.
