Key Responsibilities
- Consult clients about their preferences, recommend suitable services and create personalised cuts, colours and styles to high technical standards.
- Deliver a professional, memorable salon visit and develop relationships with both returning and new clients.
- Use professional haircare tools, equipment and products confidently, recommending appropriate products for clients.
- Maintain excellent salon hygiene and presentation.
- Follow developing hair trends, techniques and industry practice through ongoing learning, workshops and training.
- Collaborate with fellow stylists and guide junior colleagues in their work.
Requirements & Eligibility
- Hold a recognised hairdressing qualification and provide evidence of relevant qualifications and industry experience.
- Have worked as a Senior Stylist or in an equivalent senior-level position, with a history of professional salon employment.
- Demonstrate strong practical skills across styling, cutting and colouring.
- Combine strong interpersonal and communication skills with professional client service.
- Be capable of independent work and effective contribution to a team.
- Bring passion for hairdressing, commitment to high-quality results and willingness to mentor developing stylists while continuing your own learning and skills development.
