Weddings, conferences, functions and live music events sit alongside restaurant dining. The kitchen therefore needs careful planning, consistent food standards and leadership that supports colleagues while meeting KPIs. You will help shape menus and oversee service delivery, including regular events. A sponsorship opportunity is available if required.

Key Responsibilities
- Contribute menu ideas for the bistro and develop menus for event packages.
- Help recruit kitchen staff and strengthen the existing team in a positive workplace.
- Direct the kitchen team and manage performance within KPIs.
- Control portions, food quality and presentation while overseeing bistro service.
- Plan regular functions and events and manage their execution.
Requirements & Eligibility
- 2+ years' experience in similar kitchen roles.
- High emotional intelligence alongside strong people management skills and proven experience managing a fast-paced, multifaceted kitchen.
- Close attention to detail and quality control.
- An understanding of profits and costing.
- Strong skills in organisation and planning.
