Client relationships and casual workforce coordination come together in this Account Manager position in Melbourne, VIC. A national labour hire, technical services and training organisation needs a driven account professional for its busy blue-collar recruitment team, serving transport and logistics, manufacturing and horticulture.
The permanent, full-time schedule is Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, combining office duties with client-site work. You will respond to high-volume staffing orders and maintain contact with both clients and the employees placed with them. All qualified applicants are welcome, including those requiring visa sponsorship.

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain regular visibility at client sites and provide proactive account liaison and high-quality customer service.
- Fill high-volume job orders efficiently and arrange employee rosters around client requirements.
- Manage employee on-boarding, performance and terminations across the employment lifecycle.
- Resolve employee matters involving payroll and work health and safety (WHS).
- Develop strong relationships with clients and casual employees, contributing to a positive, collaborative workplace.
- Complete the administrative work needed to support operations.
Requirements & Eligibility
- Sales or customer relationship management experience is highly desirable.
- Communicate excellently in writing and verbally, with a confident, friendly telephone manner.
- Combine strong attention to detail with effective time management.
- Bring a positive attitude and tackle problems proactively.
- Be computer literate and proficient in relevant systems.
- Work effectively in a small, highly efficient team, and have a valid driver's licence and reliable transport.
