Key Responsibilities
- Develop the portfolio of independent customers and key accounts, maintaining strong relationships over time.
- Find ways to expand sales with existing customers and pursue new business opportunities.
- Explore customer needs directly and identify commercial possibilities from those conversations.
- Monitor sales performance, meet agreed targets and take responsibility for territory results.
- Share insights about customers and the market with the wider business.
- Represent the brand professionally in your dealings across the market.
Requirements & Eligibility
- Bring commercial drive, ambition and a proactive attitude, including the desire to advance your career.
- Have experience in FMCG, retail, wholesale, field sales or a related setting, with strong knowledge of retail and independent customers.
- Demonstrate proven experience in sales, account management or business development.
- Think commercially, with a strong focus on growing sales and the confidence to convert opportunities into results.
- Have excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Take a hands-on, proactive approach and bring strong influencing and negotiation skills.
