Experience in funds or property financial control is central to the position. You will oversee external providers, lead reporting and coordinate with finance, compliance and investment contacts. Key Responsibilities
- Take charge of financial control and the daily operation of funds.
- Review and oversee outsourced fund administration, property accounting and tax advisory work.
- Lead financial reporting, including NAV calculations, cashflow forecasts and financing arrangements, while assisting with compliance.
- Coordinate with internal finance and compliance teams, investment partners as required, and external Accountants & Auditors and Bankers.
Requirements & Eligibility
- Be CA/CPA qualified, with relevant client experience in funds or property as an FM or Senior FM.
- Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Bring a strong work ethic and demonstrate initiative through a proactive, positive approach to your work.
