Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook Italian dishes of consistent quality, including handmade pasta and traditional recipes
- Oversee daily kitchen operations, covering inventory management and cleanliness standards

Requirements & Eligibility
- Certificate I - IV is preferred
- Cooking experience of 2 years is preferred, and Italian cuisine experience of 2 years is an advantage
- Work authorisation for Australia is preferred
